You can withdraw baht from a Thai ATM with a unionpay ruble card at once. Conversion is the exchange rate + commission of your bank (1-2%, the Post 1) + ATM takes 220 baht Thai bank (does not depend on the amount, I withdraw 30 thousand baht each). I have Postbank and the rate is about as google + 4-5 kopecks per baht, ie when the exchange rate was 1.81 I withdrew at 1.86.
