My husband and I took a car in November. We took a Nissan Almera for 934 baht per day. Ordered before departure. Gasoline cost around 37 baht per liter. Driving on Thai roads is quite unusual, the rhythm of movement is different from what we are used to. Thais don't drive too carefully. But it's worth it. The country is incredibly beautiful. Impressions from what I saw are super!
