Pattaya is a tourist city, so there will be no problems to express yourself there: they speak both English and Russian in many places. But it is impossible to say that they speak well. Taiglish is a very peculiar English in the Thai version.

Yes, they speak Russian for the most part perfectly) In tourist places, that's for sure) I remember having a rest at 15, so the boy at the reception did not part with our alphabet, I even helped him a couple of times with homework) He says that it is useful to know Russian.
