Can you please tell me how to get from Pattaya to Bangkok by bus and back? Is there a schedule? Do I need to buy tickets in advance? How long is the trip?.

Buses to bkk go from North Pattaya Bus Terminal, google it. The first bus around 6 or 7 in the morning somewhere. You can buy tickets there when you arrive, there will be a sale for the near future, you'll see - it will be written on the window. It is more convenient and faster to go to Ekkamai station. It costs about 120 baht to drive there, it takes about 2.5 hours. You'll be lucky with the traffic.
