In Pattaya, can you tell the difference between a tuk-tuk and a cab, or just ask?

If it's empty, then a cab if it's crowded, then obviously a sangteo) tuk-tuks in bangkok have room for two people in them. The driver asked where he was going, I said nong nuch. So he kicked everyone out of the back of the body in 10 seconds and turned into a cab. and I had planned to walk from the Sukhumvit. So tell the driver correctly in advance what you want from him.
