MAKASHNITSA was called those carts and motorbikes with a cradle that prepare soups based on broth and noodles that are dipped in boiling water. In China , too , these are makashnitsy . And the kebabs that are sold from them just fell under the general concept . Thais don't call these carts makashnits.
