It depends on the host. There are some who don't charge for light, wifi, water, deposit. Look on airbnb.

I wouldn't advise doing this at all. Book an inexpensive hotel for a couple of days, and during that time you'll sort everything out. It's better than going to some hellhole for a month according to the description. We're also flying in a week, so the reservation is only for two days.
