Which bar would you recommend on the Volkin Strip or in the vicinity so that the price tag is normal and not a full bar.

Russians mostly go to Insomnia, have been there seems not bad, cocktail on average 200-300 baht.

They're all about the same. Go into any of them. Prices are public no one hides anything. You can go around all of them in an evening if you want to.
