we want to go on vacation to Pattaya. which hotel to choose where you can eat cheap? is it really possible to remove a bike with Russian rights, and how much money do I need with me?

How much money to take depends on your claims. You can eat together for 1000 rubles a day, but it's just plain and without alcohol.

There are more than 1000 hotels and gests in Pattaya, as you can advise without knowing you. You can remove the bike without a driver's license at all, but when a policeman stops you, there will be a fine without an international standard with category A or Thai vus.

With Russian rights, they will give a bike, but the police will fine you every time you get caught. As for cheap food - there are places in all districts. How can I advise you now, you haven't chosen a hotel yet. You won't drive through the whole city for 45 minutes just to eat soup for 10 rubles cheaper . . .
