I can advise you to look at Chilling Home 400 baht a day Pattaya • Hostel 400_bat_sutki or book on booking. com baht without refrigerator, 600 with refrigerator and balcony. There are many massage parlors, Russian cafes nearby. I realized a long time ago that booking is more expensive.
