No, unfortunately)) there is only a cashless exchange here, do not take cash rubles, put them on the card and change everything online upon arrival.

Only if they are union pay. But in our experience-don't get a Rosselkhoz card-waste money. Not only is it not profitable so there are ATMs where the money is not issued, but the balance is written off. Only the bank's mail.
