Has anyone recently received an Affidavit to open a bank account in Bangkok at the Consulate of the Russian Federation? And according to Affidavit, did anyone open an account and a card?

Non-resident. Entry by stamp. In a couple of hours I opened a card in Bangkok Bank (blue). It cost 700b. Well, another 500 went to the account. Scheme through the affidavit (although the consul calls it a statement) The card was received on 01.11.22 in Bangkok (next to the Embassy of the Russian Federation, from where the aff). Branch near Si Lom at 23 Thanon Surawong, Suriya Wong.
