We are flying via Delhi, the transfer is 9 hours, the PCR test has been done. What else do I need to fill out?

Look at your flight on Airsales, maybe you will need a visa. If yes, it will be highlighted in red.

It depends on whether you leave the transit area. If the tickets are from the same company and the terminal is the same, then you can say that nothing is required. I flew from the UAE - when checking in they asked for return tickets, without them they wouldn't give you tickets to Thailand.

I still submitted the information for entry on the website, I don't remember the site, PCR was not looked at anywhere. Flew a month ago.
