Hi! What happens if you don't pay a fine for riding without a license on a bike in thai? they said in 7 days you need a rental bike.

You will pay. Your keys/documents will be taken away from you and a receipt will be issued. A taxi will take you to the station at your own expense.

They either charge you on the spot, or they take the keys away and take you to the station. And there you pay.
