Most good condos have playrooms, playgrounds in pools. Or is it the park you want?

Go to a sheep farm, you can walk there. Pattaya Park seems to have something. Two years is very little.

There is on Jomtien, but it is very peculiar... Thai children run in the dust. Two years is not enough for this. We came at 4, looked and left... The kids there are nimble, ours was confused, she was pushed a couple of times and the desire to go there disappeared.
