[Pattaya] I've looked for an apartment, but there is no wi-fi. Can you please tell me how much it would cost to install a router to distribute the Internet? What is the best cellular operator? (I heard that you have to sign a contract for a year ... is it really so?). - Thailand

That's right, an annual contract. And it's not a fact that it will work well at the same time. And the connection fee is considerable, plus monthly from 700 baht. Try to start with a mobile Internet with distribution. Most likely it will turn out that it is better than wired. And cheaper.

It depends on a particular condo, not every operator works in every condo, find out at the reception first.

You check in your condo, it's not that simple. You can't connect anyone you want there, usually they will already tell you the provider there. We connected the WiFi router with a two - year contract . There's just a monthly fixed fee.
