Check into a condo in Jomtien where there are many Russians with children, you will find company there and you will go to military beaches together. Swimming in the sea gets boring quickly every day.

Look for a condo on Jomtien 1 line. The beach is new, bulk, transport nearby. Pharmacies, markets, small shops are all within walking distance.

To walk - on Jomtien, public transport tuk-tuk, but in this case swim in Dongtan. Or in the north (vongamat) the sea is good, but there are no sidewalks for walking and to get out you need a cab.
