Please tell me from your experience, I am flying from Almaty to Bangkok with a transfer to Delhi (2 hours) by different cars. Will I need a visa and a PCR test?

My husband flew a week ago. He only had hand luggage with him. The layover was 5 hours. Asked everything, visa, suvidha, psr. Made me go out and check in for the flight. According to feedback from another chat room, it's different for everyone.

There is a transit window there, we flew like this from Tashkent 2 weeks ago, we didn't get a visa and PCR anywhere.
