Dear residents of Pattaya, But for the light in different condos, prices may differ? What is the adequate price now? What else besides the monthly rent payment will you need to give money for? Water and Internet (if there is no free WiFi)?

Yes rates can be different. Personally, my price for electricity is 7b. And that's a lot.

Light and water are mandatory. A separate room in the apartment and cable TV if you need it.
