I am in Russia. I want to buy tickets for March Pattaya-Phuket Bangkok Airways and Phuket-Bangkok Nok Air. How can I pay for them while in Russia ? Can I use a Union Pay card? Or are there any other options?

Bangkok Air bought on their website, unionpay worked normally.

There is no way to use Russian cards on the airline's website. Only through aggregators. Aviasales will show the options. Or through tinkov, for example, through Tinkov travel. He will also charge cashback.
