Get residence cerificate. Deposit for a day and a half. Then go to Bangkok Bank and pay there for a card not named 5000 insurance 400 plastic 500 deposit Only check the plastic immediately at the ATM. I was given a faulty card and had to spend another day on the replacement In theory you can get without insurance, but you need an affidavit.
