Have anyone with health insurance gone to the hospital, possibly Pattaya Memorial Hospital?

Broke my arm three years ago, my insurance referred me to this hospital. No complaints, they treated me fine. The interpreter was there while they were examining, taking x-rays, etc.

Just the other day we were there on insurance (AlfaStrakhovanie). My wife had some complaints. First a general examination (temperature, pressure), took a test for covid, then tests, etc.

Applied to another. First I wrote to the insurance company, clarified the details, sent to the Jomtien hospital. There is first a reception, then an examination by a nurse, he fills in the basic information, then an examination by a doctor, sent for an X-ray, again to the dock, there was no fracture, just told the basic information for dislocation / stretching, they send it to the cashier, after they give out pills. There are approximately 10 minutes between each stage. I don't know English well, at the reception, the Thai woman said to wait and asked another Russian to help me tell why I came. At the other stages, my level was enough.

We applied the other day. If you arrive before 5 o'clock, there will be a Russian interpreter, you can go to him.

First you talk to your insurance company, describe what the problem is, then they tell you exactly where to go. You go with your passport and policy to the clinic that your insurance chooses.
