The price of water and light differs in different condos. We have 6 baht per kilowatt and 40 baht per cubic meter of water. In Russia, we only cook, but here we have an air conditioner and a water heater and a stove. In Russia, we pay no more than 2.5 thousand rubles for a house, and here for a condo 48 squares 5 thousand rubles.

You have to look at the rates. Some condos are public, others are private.
