Can I stay in Thailand with a one-year Cambodian visa? If yes, what period of time?

Despite the fact that in 2012 an agreement was concluded that those with a Cambodian visa can also reside in Thailand, and vice versa, until the visa expires, Russian citizens are NOT INCLUDED in the list. The list includes 35 countries, Russia is not on this list.

The Cambodian visa, surprisingly, allows entry to Cambodia, not to Thailand.
