It happens. Only it is not the immigration center that does not issue visas , and your agency cannot do them . Previously, student visas were stamped by agents in bundles, submitting documents under a carbon copy simply. Then immigration figured it out and global checks began . It turned out that many of the documents from the agents are simply fake. Therefore , now student visas , of course , are issued in immigration , but not in such quantity and after thorough checks . Take the documents and do it through a good school directly . It's one thing to take to the border run , there is no special mind there at all, another thing is a package of real documents for a visa.
