You can make 2 borders. Then 45+45+45 (or 30, if you don't have time before March 31) Or apply for a student visa in 25. You can not renew it after 3 months, it is simply canceled.

You enter with a stamp for 45 days, then leave somewhere in Malaysia and do a 2+1 month visa tour.
