No way if you have a tour visa. On general grounds, if the visa is long.

The European Union equally considers a visa for Russians in the Schengen area regardless of the country of application. So it's the same whether you apply in Russia or in Thailand. Exactly the same.

If you do not have a work visa, then 99% will not work. If working, then 90%, which will not work with a Russian passport.
