Hi everyone, can you please tell me if there is a customs threshold for parcels from foreign online stores to Thailand? I think I heard it's 1500 baht.

Import from China seems to be duty-free. I ordered up to 70k batt from alibaba. I ordered up to 40k from Amazon, the duties are about 37 percent (30 duty, 7 VAT). Problems will start if you order more than 40k batts from an arbitrary store. The parcel will be delayed at customs, you will need to look for an agency that will register you at customs and issue all sorts of papers. But the duty in this case can be up to three times less.
