Natural Park Resort. Soy 17 . The food is surprisingly delicious, like in an average Russian restaurant. The price tag is high, but delicious soups are mashed, the steak is amazing with a small portion of mashed potatoes and vegetables. Various pastas (carbonara, Bolognese). Not at all spicy and very properly cooked. Black tea with lemon is super. I do not recommend taking cocktails there - they do not top up alcohol! There is pork knuckle on the menu - but you need to clarify.

There are a couple of restaurants with Russian food on Russian Street, Antoshka, Pechora. Borsch, dumplings, and other stuff...

Jomtien Night Market. The Russian market is called, there in the evening you can buy pasta in the navy, if that's what you're talking about.
