I wrote to the consulate's post office, they said they could take it on a first-come, first-served basis on Saturday. At the consulate, they gave me this piece of paper and told me to fill it out myself, which I did, but they refused me at the Bangkok bank branch because The affidavit is filled out by hand and asked for a letter of recommendation from a Russian bank, pointed to Tinkoff.
