The exchange offices at the airport are at the bottom, where the metro is. There's a good exchange rate there. Much better than upstairs.

At the airport, they say there is an exchange office on the 1st floor, the rate there is quite decent. If you change it in Pattaya itself, then in the TTEchange network.

Tt exchange. Type in Google maps and see the addresses, ask for a taxi / transfer to stop there to change. I thought you asked about the exchanger already, didn't you guess to look at the addresses on the map?
