There is no way faster. It is better to lay 24-48 hours approximately before departure for production. There was also a nuance that payment by card of the Russian Federation is not accepted. Friends recently arrived, they eventually did the visa itself and payment through the help, a thousand and a half got up plus the visa itself $ 30 at the exchange rate.
