There are rentals. No bikes. You can get in line at Andrei's. On the Russian street near Pattaya Park Hotel. It's not far from Cozy beach.

In Pattaya, this is not as common as in Phuket, and few people need it here, tuk tuk goes everywhere for 3 kopecks.
