Who in Pattaya received RESIDENT CERTIFICATE, on the street immediately get in line, before that any documents do not need to fill out?

Lifehack. To save time, first you need to go to the office on the left, where they help with the documents, and take photos, copies of documents, buy a form for the Residence Certificate and fill in the line. Has anyone been able to get a Bangkok Bank card lately without insurance?

You will need to fill out the application inside, after you have passed the first line. Don't forget to take a package of documents with you (copies of your passport, copies of tm30,2 photos, contract for the apartment)
