Please tell me why Kazakhstanis can't do border wounds? So I don't want to go to Laos for a visa. I can't find any information on this topic anywhere. Really, if I leave for 1 day, they won't let me back in?

You can only get a visa by air, you can't get a visa by land.

Because citizens of Kazakhstan are issued a VISA upon arrival. And Russia and Thailand have a bilateral additional visa - free agreement , a STAMP is put on arrival . According to the stamp , you can do a border wound, but not on a visa .
