This is if you will continue to issue something (card, rights) If you rested and left, you don't need it.

Most likely you mean TM30. You have to ask for it at the reception.

What is the receipt? Usually they give you a document with the owner's data and ownership + TM30.

If you need a migration card to apply, they can give you a paper, and so they themselves send visitors.
