suggest areas for quiet living in Pattaya, away from what's going on in the center. Are there any condos by name, where to go for housing to find out?

North, the palm vongamat/club royal/the zire. Grand Florida is also cool, its own beach, but the water is so-so on it.

There are hundreds of condos here. In the north it is calmer and the sea is cleaner, but the prices are higher)
