Payment by union pay by post bank card did not go through at 7/11 on Pattaya. Anyone experienced this? Just a glitch or systematically not accepted?

People have already written here with post office and rskhb, mb problems with these banks. Gpb unimenamed withdraws and pays everywhere.

Union 7/11 mail doesn't work for me! It works with no problems in Family March and thesco Lotus!
