You need to fill out a form on the state services and then download the psr test. there are many cases (at least there were) when cases were initiated against those who did not pass. there is a rather unpleasant fine. saw both in the Moscow news, and in our local Bashkir publika repeatedly wrote.

We flew to Russia in August, the vaccination period has already passed for me. Nothing was uploaded to the state services, it is not reflected anywhere and no letters have arrived. In 4 days to fly to Tai.
