I made an appointment at the consular department of the Russian embassy in Thailand to certify a copy of the document. I have to go to Bangkok in October. Is it really impossible to certify the document in Pattaya, at the consulate? Who knows?

Not all documents can be certified by the consul in the PTT. For example powers of attorney only at the BKK embassy. You need to clarify by calling.

Assured the consulate in ptt. You need to get through there. Call hard. Certification is more expensive at the consulate. But you don't have to drag yourself to the bcc either.
