What is the quality of local mobile Internet and coverage on the island? Sufficient for video calls, remote access to the RF, work, in general.

I have never seen a single place on the island for 2.5 months where there would be no connection almost everywhere LTE is enough for video communication, for remote work depends on technology (if RDP, VNC, no, just because there is a frenzied ping, since Moscow is in a straight line for 7.5 thousand km, and the signal goes more than 10 thousand km), and every jira and so on is fine.
