who flew a tour from Novosibirsk through Taraz, Kazakh airlines, though I do not know which, probably Skat, how in general? Were there any delays?

Stingray is not recommended, it is better to overpay sensitively. A tin stingray. Our whole plane said more of a ramp for nothing. There's irresponsibility for everything.

We flew in November. There in time. Back initially warned that for 2 hours the delay and will be picked up later from the hotel, and in the end almost 4 hours delayed. And so everything is normal, we liked the flight.
