It's really better on Pi Pi without an excursion, you can hang out there for a couple of days, well, definitely with a night out. but there is no point in similans, yes. And I didn't hear that you can go there yourself.

More expensive and faster - speedboat. 2. Cheaper and slower - by ferry. Ferries depart from Rassada Pier in Phuket Town. Tickets can be bought online (with or without a transfer), in tents with excursions anywhere on the island (700-1000uah), or right on the spot (it is more expensive on the spot, for some reason - 1000uah). The cheapest option for tickets is to drive to Phuket Town, and find some kind of Chinese tour tent, they say there and for 600 baht you can find round-trip tickets with an open date (but without a transfer).
