Closed the IP remotely, but not from Thailand. I made a power of attorney and certified the form p26001 at the consulate, then sent it by mail to the Russian Federation to a trusted person.

There is a possibility that this can be done using an EDS issued on the basis of a biometric passport. The State Key application is called, it is definitely possible to open an LLC on it, maybe it will be possible to liquidate the sole proprietor.
