So far it's worked everywhere: at the SIXT rentals at the airport, at grocery stores, restaurants, and the movie theater. One time today the local app didn't work.

I have Union Post Bank, it works, but not everywhere. Cash is withdrawn from ATMs, in cafes and stores every once in a while.
