It is most profitable to withdraw in two transactions of 25k at an ATM. There are legends that there is an ATM that gives out 100k maximum at a time, you can look for it again - it will be 220 baht more profitable. The conversion will be via yuan at the rate of the payment system (UnionPay) and then into baht at the bank's rate.
