You can take a course at Honda Safety Riding Park - it's faster than waiting in line at the department. - buy the course for 2,000 baht - pass the course (3 days) - roll a total of 15 hours in the park, pass the driving range - after two weeks pass the theory (there): test of 50 questions, you are given two attempts and need to answer 45 of 50 - get a certificate at the Honda center - get a certificate of residence at the immigration office - get a medical certificate - come to the traffic police and apply for the exchange certificate that was given in Honda - pay 200 or 300 baht - take a picture - get a license
