Confirmed! At the airport of departure only asked if I had a certificate and said that the mask is a must (actually I do not), on arrival in Phuket, did not even ask anything, just put a stamp. I'm new here and just drove by Patong beach and did not understand something - why no one swims? The beach doesn't really count, should we look for others?
