Documents required for the Department of Transportation: Copy of passport front page Copy of passport page with valid visa/stamp One of: Copy of Work Permit with extensions and registered address Resident Certificate (obtained from Immigration Office) Copy of Yellow Book (for real estate owners) Medical certificate from clinic, hospital. Note that if you are applying for two driver's licenses category A and B, you will need two sets of documents, because you will actually receive two driver's license cards.
