Upon arrival, where is it better to exchange rubles for baht or dollars for baht? Is there a normal course at the airport? Or is it possible to withdraw at the same airport at an ATM normally?

Rubles for baht is not an option at all. $ or € 50 or 100 is better in exchangers. For today the most profitable on the kata. And so ride in a few.

Better from an ATM, or dollars if you already have them. Double conversion is stupid. It's better to go straight from the card at the ATM.
